Shreyas Sharma

Shreyas is one of the co-founders of Envision and has always been dedicated to bridging the digital divide. Within the team, Shreyas has focused on external and inter-organizational communications and relationship building with partners. With Shreyas's expertise in strategy and applied technology, Envision has been able to establish strong and meaningful partnerships to continue to make a positive difference.
Rulin Huang
Co-founder // CMO
Rulin is a co-founder of Envision. Since its establishment, she has conducted external communication, team building, and action plan making. Rulin has focused on broadcasting the principles of Envision through media and advertising. Through her efforts, the team has successfully hosted community campaigns and expanded the initiative’s influence.
Steve Yin
COO
Steve is a student at Concordia International School Shanghai. He is passionate about science, especially biochemistry and immunology, which supports him in his journey of providing civil service. Steve also participates in many other social enterprises. He hopes to help as many people as possible, and Envision is one of the best ways for him to achieve this goal.
Amy Wang
CHRO
Amy is an enthusiastic member of the Envision team. She's always made service one of her life priorities, and she has experience teaching and serving underdeveloped communities in Yunnan and Guizhou. Amy deeply believes that all children deserve high quality educations that allow them to participate fully as members of an increasingly technology-based society.
Austin Tang
Strategy & Logistics Officer
Austin Tang, a Junior at Concordia, has always been passionate about service initiatives. Whether it be volunteering at a local shelter or feeding strays in his residential compound, Austin's commitment to making a difference has now extended to his involvement with Envision Education. Through this work, he hopes to contribute meaningfully to bridging educational gaps while continuing to learn and expand himself through service.
Jonathan Lueth
Operations & Development Officer
Jonathan, part of Envision's team for 2 years, is dedicated to bridging the digital divide. He is eager to learn and serve through Envision, and excited for the opportunities this brings. His unique perspective and willingness to learn are some of his strongest traits. Jonathan is looking forward to Nepal 2025, following his participation in last years trip, Nepal 2024.

Alicia is a new member of the Envision team this year. She is dedicated to making changes in other’s lives. Her sense of service has shaped her into one who loves and cares about all living beings. With experience from helping children and rescuing animals, she is looking forward to working with different groups of people.

She participates in numerous service activities both in and out of school and actively seeks ways to bridge the digital divide among youth worldwide. She is eager to engage in Envision Education and be a source of assistance for those in need.

Mary is a new member of the Envision team this year who loves helping those in need. Wishing to give more hope to many children, Mary is dedicated in helping with changing lives. With this being her first time being involved in a service team, she is eager to help shape the future of others. For Mary, service is not just a one time thing but a lifelong commitment in making the world a better place.
Ms. Tania Stead is a High School English Language Arts teacher at Concordia International School Shanghai. She is excited to join the Envision team since she believes every student can succeed with access to the right support. Ms. Stead is passionate about purpose-driven service initiatives that empower students and uplift communities. Her teaching journey began in the USA and later took her to South Korea and then China, where she now resides with her beloved dog, Nala. She looks forward to supporting the Envision team as they work tirelessly to put a dent in the digital divide!

Mr. Joe Fambro
Founding Mentor
Joe Fambro is a native of Georgia, USA and the current Director of Innovation at Concordia International School Shanghai, where he channels his passion for technology, education, and innovation to drive learning in today’s digital age. He started his career in education in Raleigh, North Carolina, and his professional journey has led him through various roles in private and international schools in the USA, Korea, Malaysia, and now China. He is an Apple Distinguished Educator and enjoys working on his latte art skills, playing the piano, and exploring cultures.

Penny, part of the Envision Team, is passionate about helping others and is committed to providing children with a better education. She aims to make an impact and gain a deeper understanding of the digital gap. Penny is excited about her upcoming journeys with Envision Education. Through the Nepal 2024 Project, Penny has played an incredible part in the Envision mission.
Ms. Angela Steinbacher

Angie Steinbacher teaches high school students courses to guide them in their faith journeys at Concordia. Angie is passionate about helping God's children in all walks of life, and she has aided our team in every aspect of our mission, especially through connecting with and serving the students with love. Though her journey with Concordia has ended, the impact she's had on our team and those we've served is lifelong.

She has immersed herself in the communities she visits, and the most rewarding part of her endeavors is having a positive impact on other people’s lives.
